Training for Carers and other Third Sector Organisations
At Crossroads Care Swansea Neath Port Talbot, we provide a range of affordable, high quality, training courses designed to meet the varying needs of those working in both the community and a residential setting.
Addtionally, we have been delighted to provide tailored training packages aimed specifically at supporting carers themselves, including: -
- First Aid
- Manual Handling (Mobility Assistance)
- Pressure Care
Instructors are qualifed to 'Train the Trainer' standard and all have many years experience in training staff as well as possessing a wealth of practical knowledge gained through working in the community.
