Welcome to Crossroads Care Airedale & Bradford
A Charity organisation Caring for carers of adults providing practical support to carers in the Airedale and Bradford area. Our service is about giving time to carers to be themselves for a few hours relieving the stress.
we care for all carers of adults and people being cared for.
All services are tailored to the individual needs of the carer and the person being cared for, continuity of care same days times and support workers provided.
To supplement and compliment not replace statutory services.
Includes personnal care, leisure, activities, accompanied visits, sitting service befriending scheme.
Services can be purchased through Direct payments, Independent living fund private purchase. we also have small grant funding that may be available to provide free care subject to an assessment criteria.
All staff are highly trained and receive regular supervision and are all Criminal record bureau checked
All staff are trained to a very high standard. Majority of our staff already hold either an NVQ 2 or an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to see our report visit www.cqc.org.uk where we have achieved *** excellent service.
