Welcome to Crossroads Care Cheltenham & Tewkesbury
We were established in 1981 to support carers and the person with care needs in the Boroughs of Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. While our work is still predominately with carers and their families we are also supporting people with care needs living on their own.
Our staff are trained to the highest standard and we offer a range of services including respite breaks; personal care; palliative and end of life care; social events and complementary therapies.
We have been given a 3*** - Excellent rating by the Care Quality Commission.
Our scale of charges are as follows:
Weekdays (9:00 am - 9:00pm) - £15 per hour
Weekdays (9:00 pm - 9:00 am) - £18.50 per hour
Weekends and Bank Holidays - £18.50 per hour
We welcome enquiries and referrals from the statutory and voluntary sectors as well as direct from carers; people with care needs and their families.
We are continually reviewing the scope of our service and are currently recruiting experienced Carer Support Workers.
We are continually investigating fund raising opportunities and at the present time are collecting used printer cartridges. We have a number of commercial partners signed up including a local bank and firm of solicitors. We are also collecting used postage stamps for the MS Society.
