Crossroads Care Bristol South provides practical support to carers caring for an adult with a physical disability or chronic illness, living at home.
We aim to provide a high quality service tailored to your needs with care and understanding, which is trustworthy and confidential.
The scheme provides help by sending a reliable, trained support worker into the carer's home to take over their role for a short while, thus giving the carer a break from their caring duties. Most care is provided on a regular basis, for a few hours a week - in the day, evening or at the weekend - whenever it is most needed.
Crossroads Care Bristol South are registered with Care Quality Standards.
