Welcome to Crossroads Care South Thames
Merton Crossroads was set up in 1986 and has been operating successfully in the London Borough of Merton ever since. In 2001, we expanded our area of operation into the London Borough of Sutton and in 2007, our 21st year of operation, changed our name to reflect that development. Now we have merged with Lambeth Crossroads, we have changed our name to suit the combined operation to South Thames Crossroads. We now cover the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Merton, Sutton, Wandsworth and Southwark
We are still committed to providing high quality practical support to carers including home based respite care where it is most needed.
Carers needs are paramount in the provision of our services. We offer a flexible and adaptable service to meet the needs of Carers and those they care for.
All our Care Support Workers and Volunteers are fully trained and CRB checked to an enhanced level.
South Thames Crossroads is registered with and inspected by the Commission for Social Care Inspectors. |
