Testimonials
"How we helped: A 47 year old woman was caring for her 93 year old father who has lung cancer, and her 75 year old mother who has dementia and severe short term memory loss. She works part time and is also supporting her husband, who recently lost his father. She needed to get away for a few days but couldn't leave her mother to care for her father alone and was reluctant for her father to into a hospice during this time. The Macmillan Crossroads Palliative Care Service provided the care and support needed, so that she could have a well-deserved break from the situation, safe in the knowledge that her parents were being cared for."
